During their successful season, they meet Jonas Davis. This stranger gives each player guidance on the field and off of it, and Central starts to play even better with Jonas as a mentor. But he is no mere coach. As time goes on, Jonas reveals that he knows the past of each player. Even more mysterious, he seems to know their futures as well.
